Turning off Credit Card Autofill or GPay card sync should remove GPay cards

We already turn off the sync for wallet data when either the Credit Card Autofill toggle is off or the toggle to sync GPay data is off.

When those are off we should also delete all GPay cards and get them back once sync is restarted for those data types.

From testing locally, server cards already seem to get removed when toggling the CC Autofill and GPay sync toggles. What needs to be done here?

Ah you're right! Looks like it worked automatically with the CL that stopped syncing. I found a couple of issues though, I'll open separate bugs.
