Mouse pointer flashes when PixelBook is in stand mode and connected to 2 external monitors via Dell D6000 dock

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 11021.34.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.41 Safari/537.36
Platform: 11021.34.0 (Official Build) beta-channel eve

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect pixelbook to Dell D6000 dock with external monitors (I have 2, connected via DisplayLink)
2. Place the PB in stand mode (keyboard facing down, screen in front of you)

What is the expected behavior?
Mouse pointer remain stable

What went wrong?
Mouse pointer keeps flashing

Did this work before? N/A

Hi, the D6000 dock has 3 video ports, which ones are you using? The HDMI or the 2 DisplayPort ones?
I am using the 2 DisplayPorts
