What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign-up for a new account on dresslily.com

What is the expected result?
After submitting the sign-up form, the key icon should be present on the landing page and ideally the save prompt should appear.

What happens instead?
No key icon.

Notes:
* This is fixed when chrome://flags/#new-password-form-parsing-for-saving is enabled.
* The key icon is present before submission.
