Regression : 'Guest' icon is seen as disabled at Uber Tray in Guest

Chrome Version: 70.0.3538.55/11021.44.0 beta channel Kip,Reks & Daisy   
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Browse as Guest ->Now click on Uber tray and now observe 'Guest' icon is seen faded i.e. icon is seen in disabled one instead it should be dark or enabled 
(Please refer Screenshot)

Expected: 'Guest' icon should be dark or enabled
Actual: Instead  'Guest' icon is seen faded 

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-69

Note : Issue is also seen on M-71

AFAIK we don't have spec/icon for this. Reassigning to sgabriel@ as a UX polish item.
