What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,navigate to NTP and enter 'Ctrl + P' to open print preview
2. Now right click on page to open context menu and select 'Inspect'
3. Now click on 'Customize and control devtools' iron icon and then click on 'Focus debuggee' option,observe
 
Actual: Devtools window doesn't get minimized on clicking 'Focus debuggee' option.(Nothing happens on clicking 'Focus debuggee' option)
Expected: Devtools window should get minimized on clicking 'Focus debuggee' option

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 69’ and will soon update other info :
Good build: 69.0.3488.0  (Revision: 574035).
Bad build: 69.0.3489.0 (Revision: 574445).
 
You are probably looking for a change made after 574158 (known good), but no later than 574159 (first known bad).

2. This issue is not seen on Windows (7,8,8.1,10) and Linux (14.04 LTS)
