[DevTools] Blue focus ring is not seen on radio buttons.

Chrome Version: 71.0.3576.0 (Official Build) Revision	bc9a92a53c6a87c2857f18371e9f32b1f0f895cb-refs/branch-heads/3576@{#1} (32/64-bit) 
OS: Windows(7, 8, 8.1 ,10) & Linux(14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, open DevTools and go to 'Audits' section.
2. Bring the focus on any radio button using 'Tab' key and observe.

Actual: Blue focus ring is not seen on radio buttons.
Expected: Blue focus ring should seen on radio buttons.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-68 series as new UI of Audits section is introduced from build #68.0.3439.0

NOTE: 
1. This issue is also reproducible on Stable #69.0.3497.100, Beta #70.0.3538.54 & Dev #71.0.3573.0
2. This issue is not reproducible on Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.14.1, 10.13.6) OS i.e. blue focus ring is seen on radio buttons.

Update:
Rechecked this issue on Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04) machines using latest Canary #73.0.3638.0 and issue is fixed. Hence adding TE-Verified labels.
