[LayoutNG] Inspector Sources pane does not scroll

STEPS:
1. Open any pages
2. Open Inspector
3. Click [Sources] pane
4. Click one of source files on the [Page] pane
--> The content of the source file is displayed.
5. Scroll the source pane

RESULT:
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED:
The source pane scrolls.

Xiaocheng, I remember you were talking about scrolling problem in Inspector. Is this related?
