What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Open App launcher and observe the search box

Actual: Search box is not being active when opening the launcher i.e, no default cursor is seen while opening the App launcher
Expected:Default cursor should be seen while opening the App launcher 

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-60

Note: Issue is working fine in App launcher Old UI
