Summary: Files app: folders don't automatically refresh in remotes when contents change (was: Crostini: Linux files folder is not showing newly created files until reload the page)
i don't believe the Files app supports this for any remote (other than maybe google drive)
It seems that auto refresh is supported by the filesystem provider api: https://developer.chrome.com/apps/fileSystemProvider

Weifang, I think this happens for Downloads in addition to crostini. Can you triage?
