Files app: folders don't automatically refresh in remotes when contents change |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 71.0.3572.0 Chrome OS Version: 11143.0.0, Chrome OS Platform: Eve Network info: WiFi Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Steps To Reproduce: (1) Install gedit. (2) Open Files app and Linux files folder. (3) Create file and save using gedit. (4) Check for saved file in Linux files folder. Expected Result: - It'll be shown in folder immediately. Actual Result: - No file observed. Changing folder or close and open of files app is showing the file. How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) Always Please check below observation video.

i don't believe the Files app supports this for any remote (other than maybe google drive)

It seems that auto refresh is supported by the filesystem provider api: https://developer.chrome.com/apps/fileSystemProvider

Weifang, I think this happens for Downloads in addition to crostini. Can you triage?
