Done on GitHub. Closed all bugs and pull requests and left instructions for the new implementation. Updated the README on GitHub to note that it is deprecated.

Put a deprecation notice in the chrome store description.

I've added notices on GitHub and on the Chrome Store to point people to the new native implementation.

Assign to WeiFang to determine when to remove it from the app store.
