Issue description
<b>Chrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'></b>
URLs (if applicable) :all website where videos can be watch
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:FAIL
Edge:FAIL
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)go on Youtube or Twitch or whatever on you can watch videos
(2)click on a video
(3)you can't see the video
What is the expected result?
The exepted result is to watch videos.
What happens instead?
The videos don't work, i can't watch them.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version #69.0.3497.100 and latest chrome #72.0.3580.0 using Windows 10 by following below steps. Steps: ===== 1.Launched chrome. 2.Navigated to "www.youtube.com" and "www.twitch.tv/" 3.Observed that the video got played. Attached screencast for reference. @reporter: Request you to provide the chrome version by navigating to "chrome://version" and retry the issue by creating a new person without any apps and extensions installed, reset all flags to default on latest chrome and let us know if the issue still persists.
