On Win, it's just a gray border. On Mac it's both gray and blue.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click on a device to start casting, and leave the cursor in the same position.
(3) Observe the stop casting icon.
What is the expected result? The icon should be the only image displayed.
What happens instead? The icon has a dashed grey border around it. It disappears if the cursor is moved, and doesn't re-appear on hover.
