Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Attempt to connect to different classrooms

What is the expected behavior?
Student attends class A, bell rings then student moves to class B. Student s wifi does not allow connection to the same exact network. Just a different access point is the environment change. 

What went wrong?
Our network is showing the issue happening at the "Authentication" step of joining the network. Pre shared SSID in google admin has been entered but obviously is not working at random times.
