[Duet] Fullscreen video is misaligned

Issue descriptionExample URL: https://store.steampowered.com/app/362490/Exanima/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enable Chrome Duet flag. 2. Open any page with a video. 3. Go fullscreen. What is the expected behavior? Video now should take all the screen, controls should be working normally. What went wrong? A portion of the webpage is shown above the video, controls only work if you press a certain distance above them. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 70.0.3538.46 Channel: beta OS Version: 8.1.0 Flash Version: Tested with YouTube and Steam videos, both Stable and Beta channels. Only appears when Duet is turned on.

Tested the issue on android and unable to reproduce this issue Steps to reproduce: -------------------------- 1. Launched chrome and enabled chrome duet 2. Opened https://store.steampowered.com/app/362490/Exanima/ and clicked on fullscreen , No misalignment is observed Chrome version: 70.0.3538.46 OS: Android 8.0 Android device: Nexus 6p @itsforspam99: Please check the above steps/screencast and let us know if we miss anything. Is this issue consistently reproducible? Any information on reproducing the issue would help in better triaging. Thanks!
