[DevTools] Unable to check/uncheck the check-boxes via 'Enter' key under 'Audits' section.

Chrome Version: 70.0.3538.54 (Official Build) Revision	4f8e578b6680574714e9ed3bb9f02922b4dde40d-refs/branch-heads/3538@{#937} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows(7, 8, 8.1 ,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.14.1, 10.13.6), Linux(14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, open DevTools and go to 'Audits' section.
2. Bring the focus on any checkbox using 'Tab' key.
3. Now press 'Enter' key from keyboard and observe.

Actual: Unable to check/uncheck the check-boxes on pressing 'Enter' key.
Expected: Should be able to check/uncheck the check-boxes on pressing 'Enter' key.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-68 series as new UI of Audits section is introduced from build #68.0.3434.0

NOTE: This issue is also reproducible on Stable #69.0.3497.100, Beta #70.0.3538.45, Dev #71.0.3573.0 & Canary #71.0.3575.0

Thanks for the report.  Checkboxes in Audits are toggle-able with 'Space' key.  Since regular checkboxes are not toggle-able with 'Enter' key, marking this as WontFix.
