What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to chrome://settings/cupsPrinters
(2)Add a sample printer >> Edit printer >>click Cancel
(3)Again open the edit printer overlay and observe

Actual: Edit printer is saved without clicking save button in Edit Printer overlay
Expected: Edited printer shouldn't get saved unless we save it 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62
