图片的默认拖拽事件无法被组织

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. 同样的一张html页面,禁用图片的拖拽事件
2. 在本地环境打开拖拽事件可以生效
3. 但是网络环境打开拖拽则无法生效

What is the expected behavior?
图片无法被拖拽

What went wrong?
js/jquery-1.12.4.min.js
需要引用jquery库,
