Three invalid suggest word always show in digital/symbol layout with tapping any key in xkb keyboard

Chrome OS Version: 
71.0.3572.0 11142.0.0 canary-channer bob
Input tools version: 
71.0.20181002.215333436

Steps:
1.Go to xbk keyboard ,eg. US keyboard
2.Switch to digital or symbol layout
3.Tap any key 


Actual:
Suggest line always display  < I , to  the > three invalid suggest words 

Expected:
Should have no any suggest words displayed

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
It's not bug. It's suggestion.
Whatever, we disable the feature.
