Unable to create recovery image due to "UNMOUNT_VOLUMES_ERROR"

Repro step:
* install recovery image tool
* create recovery image for DRU

Not able to reproduce this issue on M71_11141.0.0_EVE.
Able to prepare DRU recovery stick from recovery tool

This is 70 beta. If it's fixed on 71, then we should make sure that fix is merged to 70.
