VR Headset: Oculus

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Set up machine and Chrome to use Oculus device. (Chrome flags, Steam, etc.)
(2) Press Enter VR on a WebXR VR site, E.g. https://immersive-web.github.io/webxr-samples/positional-audio.html and put on the headset.
(3) Press the Select button (Horizontal O) to open the Universal Menu.
(4) Turn right 90 degrees, and select "Reset View". 
(5) Press the Select button again to return to Chrome.

What is the expected result? View should be recentered. 

What happens instead? View is the same as before.
