Issues with bluetooth connection between Pixel 2XL and Pixelbook...ran diagnostic and loganalyzer suggested report bug on "unreachable" errors

Issue description

Chrome Version 69.0.3497.95 (Official Build) (64-bit)       : <Copy from: 'about:version'>

  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
       Edge:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Enable bluetooth on Pixelbook
(2)Select Pixel 2XL to connect
(3) Pixelbook pairs and then drops connection

What is the expected result? Reliable connection between devices


What happens instead? Immediate drop of Pixel 2XL from Pixelbook...Pixel 2XL remains in Pixelbook's list of previously paired devices but further attempts to reconnect fail.
