Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Related to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=893401 2. Visit the fiddle here: https://jsfiddle.net/orcd2914/9/ 3. Change language to French and click on the "Read It to Me" button. 4. It never completes reading all of the text. What is the expected behavior? 1. Reads all text in French without randomly stopping or crashing. 2. Fires an onerror event if it does encounter some kind of error or crash. What went wrong? Doesn't fire onerror event. Doesn't read all French text. Doesn't make it through all of the text to read. Sometimes crashes earlier or later in the sentence (was unable to get it to successfully complete yet). Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 69.0.3497.100 and on latest chrome# 71.0.3575.0 using Windows-10 and Ubuntu 17.04 using the JSfiddle provided in comment# 0. As this issue is seen from M-60(60.0.3112.0), hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged. Note: Unable to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.6. Thanks! |
