Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://business.untappd.com/boards/22323
2. Place Chrome OS in full screen mode
3. Leave tab up for a long period of time (~12 hours)
4. Turn off monitor
5. Wait 3 hours
6. Turn monitor back on 
7. Chrome OS will be frozen(mouse works, no keyboard shortcuts will work) but 
showing page(which is also frozen)
8.  Moving cursor it will then make ChromeOS show black screen
9. Double clicking a bunch of times will make the page come back up but out of full screen mode.  Chrome OS unfreezes

Chrome OS and page will freeze.  Mouse will work but keyboard and keyboard shortcuts will not work.
