Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome beta
  2.  Open URL : m.facebook.com
  3.  Tap in the omnibox.
  4.  Tap on the URL.

Observed results:
Notice that there is delay noticed in displaying context menu.

Note:  iOS 11 devices only - On tapping on URLs, the URL is deselected for a moment before the context menu is displayed (Please check video 2)

Expected results:
No delay should be noticed.  Context menu should be displayed immediately after the tap on the URL.
