Issue description
Chrome Version : 69.0.3497.100
OS Version: OS X 10.13.6
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested: Safari & Firefox
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari: OK
Firefox: OK
IE/Edge: -
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy any piece of text, either with Cmd + P or with right-click and 'copy'
2. Go to omnibox or search on page (Cmd F)
3. Cmd V is not pasting the copied text
What is the expected result?
What happens instead of that?
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Thanks for the report! What keyboard layout are you using? M69 has some known issues with Dvorak-Qwerty and others.

It's a standard Apple QWERTY keyboard, US input source
