Accessibility failed on Chrome Legacy Window

Issue description
Chrome Version : 68.0.3440.106
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested: IE, Firefox
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue: We didn't face this issue on IE and Firefox
Safari:
Firefox: OK (version 62.0.3)
Edge: OK (version 42.17134.1.0)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Use the Microsoft Active Accessibility method for finding the URLs in a Chrome Window.
(2) Enable Chrome Legacy Window on Chrome browser (Steps unknown).
(3) URLs will not be retrieved using MSAA with Chrome Legacy Window.
What is the expected result?
Accessibility must work as normal.
What happens instead?
Accessibility failed on Chrome Legacy Window.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
