UI shows headphone icon in volume bar while speaker is actually selected

Reproduced on image version: 11127.0

1. Plugin 3.5mm headphone.
2. Switch the output device to internal speaker.
3. Press F9/F10 to adjust volume.
4. See the icon to the right of volume bar is still a headphone icon.
