dead options page link in chrome extension tutorial

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/getstarted
(2) First paragraph says : Extensions are made of different, but cohesive, components. Components can include background scripts, content scripts, an options page, UI elements and various logic files.
+ The text link for " an options page " redirects to : https://developer.chrome.com/optionsV2
+ That link is dead

ian@ Thanks for the issue.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 14.04 on the latest Stable 70.0.3538.67 and the latest Canary 72.0.3582.0.

This is a Non-Regression issue as this is observed from M-60 chrome builds on Windows.
Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev.
