PNaCl not working in Chrome Beta

Chrome Version: 70.0.3538.45
OS: Windows (confirmed; Linux reportedly also affected)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit https://gonativeclient.appspot.com/demo
(2) Select a demo

What is the expected result?

Demo loads (this is the observed behaviour on Chrome Stable and Chrome Canary)

What happens instead?

Load error (on Chrome Beta)

Console suggests consulting chrome://components, which shows PNaCl version at 0.0.0.0 and status: update error.

This is a known issue with PNaCl and M70. A server-side fix will be coming soon.
