Now that net-internals page does not have any viewing functionality, there isn't any way to monitor in real-time the state of:

* Socket pools
* Active HTTP/2 connections
* Active QUIC connections

I frequently used the last one in order to determine which QUIC sessions are currently active and have traffic (which is something that's both not tab-specific and I need to see in real-time as opposed to net-export).
