Steps to repro:
# With Chromevox enabled (ctrl+alt+z), open Camera
# Take a few photos
# Press the 'go to gallery' button
# Tab around, searching for a list of photos and videos
# Notice there is an unlabelled section that might be the photos and videos
# Use arrow keys to try to navigate
# Chromevox says nothing

Expected: A list or grid of photos and videos that are navigable using arrow keys and that Chromevox announces some info about such as the date and time a photo was taken

Actual: It is impossible for Chromevox users to select a photo
