Migrate gfx::ColorSpace to Mojo

gfx::ColorSpace is currently a [native] Mojo struct. This leads to some issue when trying to use it from a non-Chromium context, see https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=890040.

This crbug is to track the effort of migrating gfx::ColorSpace to a full Mojo struct.

A CL for this is already in preparation:

hubbe@: The CL at https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=890040 is ready for review. I would like to make sure your concerns regarding exposure of the innards of the ColorSpace struct are resolved. If not please let me know.
