This is basically duplicate of this https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=880059

But I suggest to rename that issue from

"Colors aren't blending correctly when using `mix-blend-mode: multiply` on DOM or SVG elements"

to

"Colors aren't blending correctly when using `mix-blend-mode`"

Since the bug affects other mix-blend-modes too.

Attached screencast for reference.

Do you have GPU acceleration enabled, and if so does disabling that have any effect on the "color tinting" that you mention? Another worth checking (especially if you think this is related to issue 880059) is if forcing an sRGB profile (chrome://flags/#force-color-profile) has any effect. Thanks.
Your screencast has the same bug on second 14. The balls appear as purple though. I have same problem on Canary see attached screenshot.

Please address the questions in comment #6.
Forcing sRGB profile works. It fixes all anomalies, including white tinting.

Maybe it should be default, incorrect result happens by default with many setups, including Macs and Windows.
