Investigating memory regression

Want to investigate the cause of the regression here:

Although this one appears to have recovered, a similar regression on internal bots (issue 893174) did not.

Pinpoint job says it's still "running", although the partial results already point to:

Use SharedImageInterface for gpu and OOP raster

Which was later reverted when the metric wen't down again. Nothing else to investigate here.

The swarming task expired. The bots are likely overloaded, dead, or misconfigured.
