Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari: Not tested
Firefox: Works Fine
Edge: Works Fine
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) If a site has pop up window and your search something in that popup and select something from the search results
(2) Suppose it returns a value to the parent window and asks for a confirmation box from the javascript
(3) Than the confirmation box doesn't open throwing an error in developers tools consile.
What is the expected result?
It should go for a prompt asking for user confirmation.
What happens instead?
Screen do nothing but console (developers tool) shows that "A window.confirm() dialog generated by this page was suppressed because this page is not the active tab of the front window."

Please check out the link in the console message, https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5140698722467840 . window.confirm() no longer activates windows and therefore cannot be shown on a window that isn't the active tab of the frontmost window.
