Tried testing the issue on reported chrome version #69.0.3497.100 on Mac OS 10.13.3 by following below steps. Steps: ===== 1.Launched chrome. 2.Navigated to "https://www.google.com/cloudprint". 3.Tried printing by clicking Cmd+p, the print preview got opened. 4.In the print preview opened more settings and changed the Page size from "Letter" to "A4". 5.Closed the preview and tried printing again by clicking Cmd+p. 6.Observed that the default Page size is A4. Attached screencast for reference. @reporter: Could you please review the attached screencast and let us know if anything is being missed here. Thanks.!

Thanks @swarnasree! Based or http://crbug.com/255837#c2 I think that this should take the printer's default (In my video A4) as default. I'm not sure why this is taking LETTER as default. We are using Cloud Print in my company, and is really hard to communicate that users should change the paper size. Get the prints default is really important for us. Thanks!

Thanks for uploading the video. That's very helpful. In the video, I see "LETTER" is selected. If you changed it to "A4", I think Chrome's Print Preview will remember "A4" is the the most recently used page size and stick with that.

Hey! Thanks again for your answer. That's true and works as workarround for those users that is using chrome to print directly, but there is two problems. 1st. Some users are using the Windows driver, then this workarround is not working, Windows don't remember the last selection. 2nd. is really hard for us teach that to our users, I know that change the paper size is a simple task, but the most part of the users dont press the ADVANCED options, they send the printing Job as LETTER and the printer fails because there is not a LETTER trail installed. I think that if A4 is selected as default in printer, Chrome should take this value, like Windows or Mac original drivers (No GCP) do. Any clue about why is taking "LETTER" as default size as default? Thanks again!
