Issue descriptionChrome Version: 71.0.3573.0 (Official Build) Revision 540477605ecd461a31985e4fcd67e8786e895802-refs/branch-heads/3573@{#1}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac (10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.1) and Linux(14.04) Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome,press Ctrl+P to open print preview overlay. 2. Choose 'Custom' margins under 'More settings' section. 3. Observe that on hovering over print preview the current margin dimensions are displayed in a text field. 4. Now click inside the text field and delete the already present value and observe. Actual Result :Cursor and underline in margin text field remain blue even after deleting the displayed value. Expected Result:Red Cursor and red underline should be visible for indicating that it is an invalid value. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-67’ and below is the 'per-revision' bisect information: Good Build : 67.0.3392.0 (Revision : 549094) Bad Build : 67.0.3393.0 (Revision : 549377) You are probably looking for a change made after 549208 (known good), but no later than 549209 (first known bad).
