Regression: Unnecessary focus moves to Custom Page textfield when spacebar key is pressed on its radio button

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 71.0.3573.0 (Official Build) Revision 540477605ecd461a31985e4fcd67e8786e895802-refs/branch-heads/3573@{#1} (64-bit) OS: Mac (10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.1), Win (7, 8 ,8.1, 10) & Linux (14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and press 'Cmd+P' to open 'Print Preview'. 2. Traverse the focus to "All" radio button of 'Pages' section. 3. Press down arrow key such that Custom Page radio button get selected and text caret is seen in textfield. 4. Press 'Shift+Tab' to move focus back to Custom page radio button. 5. Now press 'Spacebar' key and Observe. Actual Result: Unnecessary focus moves to Custom Page textfield when spacebar key is pressed on its radio button. Expected Result: Nothing should happen on pressing spacebar key over Custom Page radio button. This is a Regression issue seen from 'M-71' and below is the manual bisect range:- Good Build: 71.0.3571.0 (Revision: 578511) Bad Build: 71.0.3572.0 (Revision: 597445) (Unable to provide bisect using Per-revision script as Traceback error message is thrown. Also, tried bisecting on other machines and same error is thrown. Hence, providing suspect using Chromium bisect) Using Chromium bisect script, providing the bisect info below:- You are probably looking for a change made after 597113 (known good), but no later than 597155 (first known bad).
