Pre-condition : Add 4-5 Users

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1)Sign in to user-> logout -> sign in to another user-> Go to Uber tray -> click on user I'd and select 'Sign in to another user...' option for Multiple sign-in
2)Add upto 4 users for Multiple Sign-in -> Now at Uber Tray observe 'Sign out all' option is seen -> click on 'Lock' option
3)In Lock screen observe 'Sign out' option is seen instead of  'Sign out all' option and on clicking on 'Sign out' option all users will get signed out

Expected:  'Sign out all' option should be seen at Lock screen
Actual: Instead 'Sign out' option is seen

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
