Issue descriptionChrome Version: 71.0.3572.0 (Official Build) Revision 2747bd652db387103b1b91a59dfe0d66c03b9902-refs/branch-heads/3572@{#1} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.1) and Linux(14.04 LTs). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome, open DevTools and dock it to bottom. 2. Go to 'Sources' section and add at-least two expressions under 'Watch' section. 3. Now again click on '+' (Add expression) icon and observe. Actual: Unnecessary vertical scroll-bar appears under Watch section and it is not working also. Expected: Vertical scroll-bar should not appear. This is a regression issue, broken in M-69 series, below is manual regression range: Good build: 69.0.3487.0 (Revision: 573575) Bad build: 69.0.3488.0 (Revision: 574034) Using the 'per-revision' script providing the bisect result: You are probably looking for a change made after 573727 (known good), but no later than 573728 (first known bad). CHANGELOG URL: The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure. https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/0b2913f77458868e75f299eaff1b84767bacb661..9cf21e0c6801d09032574ea225958fd1a34ad5c9 Suspecting: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/9cf21e0c6801d09032574ea225958fd1a34ad5c9 @alph: Could you please check whether this is caused with respect to your change, if not please help us in assigning it to the right owner.
