Chrome advertising won't go away on Google Search

Reported by terseelu...@gmail.com, Oct 8

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Edge/17.17134

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use a browser that isn't Google Chrome.
2. Visit any Google Website.
3. Popups ask me to install Google Chrome.
4. Select "No Thanks".
5. Goto step 2 immediately.

What is the expected behavior?
Either wait a few years before showing another popup. Or just don't show them at all? Does Chrome really need that much growth? It's already the most popular browser. What do you want from me?

What went wrong?
I'm really really sick of these popups. Some of them even claim to help prevent popups. As if Chrome's popup blocking is better than Edge's? And you just had to tell me this in a popup? Uhhhggg.

Did this work before? Yes
