[CRD iOS] Open the FAB menu on 3D touch (force touch)?

Interesting idea found in the user feedback. This may allow user to open the FAB easier without moving the finger to the bottom of the screen.

I think a better use of 3d touch would be to implement click-drag (currently I think that needs a long-press, which is slower).

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)

Unless we're getting user requests for this, I don't think it's important enough to do this.
