Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3497.100 OS version: Mojave 10.14 Behavior in Safari (if applicable): none Behavior in Firefox (if applicable): none What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) need to open fullscreen browser (2) next you need to enter any word in the search box and wait for the search results (3) next without pressing anywhere else, move the mouse to the upper bar (settings), in order to be able to close the browser What is the expected result? Search results are shifted along with inputs and tabs. What happens instead? Search results are fixed, which leads to a visual bug.

Thanks for filing the issue! Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 69.0.3497.100 and on the latest canary 71.0.3572.0 using Mac 10.13.1 Note: Issue isn't applicable to Windows and Linux It has a little change in behaviour on chrome version 60.0.3112.0, yet the issue is seen i.e., visual glitch/overlapping, hence considering it as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged. Requesting the respective team to have a look into this.
