Crashes on right-click when loading a PNG file

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to a website, say imgur.com to upload an image file 2. Click on Upload File, and wait for Explorer window to open 3. Browse to PNG file you want to upload 4. Right click on file (to see properties etc) 5. Browser crashes completely/all windows/all tabs with no error message What is the expected behavior? Pop up context menu when right click on file What went wrong? Crashes completely Crashed report ID: No How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes A couple of months ago, do not have the detail Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: None

Just tested it, and I have no problem then. It pops up the normal Windows context menu

Tested this issue on windows 10 using chrome#69.0.3497.100 as per steps mentioned in c#0 and unable to reproduce this issue. @Reporter: Could you please provide crash id from chrome://crashes for further triaging this issue. Thanks!
