Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open browser, Menu: Bookmarks --> Always show bookmarks bar to toggle the hide/show of Bookmarks Bar.
2. Works correctly in current tab, but cannot hide or show in other tabs.

What is the expected behavior?
Should hide or show Bookmarks Bar properly in ALL tabs.

What went wrong?
Only works on one tab per browser.
