Currently a few sparkline tabs are hardcoded. In order to generalize the feature, chart-pair should fetch the most recent Histogram for each fetchDescriptor, and use the RelatedNameMap diagnostics to automatically generate sparklines. The TimeseriesRequest could add a "Purpose: RelatedNameMap" header to indicate to the TimeseriesCacheRequest that it may return a slightly old cached Histogram if available.
