V2SPA displays triaged alerts alongside untriaged alerts. Usually, if a new alert should be grouped with a triaged alert, the sheriff will want to assign the new alert to the same bug as the triaged alert. The "EXISTING BUG" dialog should autofill so that the user only needs to click "Submit".
