[Bookmarks Bar] Opening Sub-Folder of Bookmarks in a Folder on Mac by Command+clicking doesn't work anymore

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have a folder of bookmarks on the bookmarks bar
2. Command + Click on the folder

What is the expected behavior?
All Bookmarks in the folder open in separate tabs

What went wrong?
The pages within the folder don't open. I can still open all by right-clicking the folder and selecting "Open All".

Did this work before? Yes 69 ?

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.14.0

- Did this work before? Yes prior to 69. (so presumably version 68)

Thanks for the report. Works for me in Chrome Stable and Chrome Canary on a MacBook Air.

Can you please retest it with a further Chrome Profile? Do you have the issue with a MacBook Trackpad or an external mouse?

Thanks for looking into it - sorry, I should have been more specific in my description.
The bug happens, when I try to open tabs in a subfolder. (Tried it on a different profile as well, with the internal touchpad)
So, to replicate:
Create a Bookmark folder [1] on the bookmark bar.
Create a folder [2] within that folder.
Create bookmarks within the nested folder [2].
Click on [1], then control-click on [2].

**UI Mass triage**

Still able to reproduce the issue on mac using all latest versions from stable-	70.0.3538.102 to canary-72.0.3611.0 as per C#3.

Its regressed in M70.
Bisect info:
-----------
Good-70.0.3503.0
Bad-70.0.3504.0

Somehow we are unable to provide bisect as new and old scripts are not running currently. ellyjones@,Please take a look and update the thread accordingly.
