V1 charts draw a shaded region to indicate the standard deviation of sample measurements. V2 charts should do something similar.
This is mostly done. chart-base supports shadeRegion, and TimeseriesRequest fetches std for ANNOTATIONS level of detail, so chart-timeseries just needs to generate shadeRegion. Maybe only when the user hovers a line, or there are only 1-2 lines?
