Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. play few videos(twitch,youtube etc) in different windows simultaneously 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Videos play normally all the time. What went wrong? Sometimes chrome randomly crashes the entire Graphics driver and screen goes dark for a brief second and recovers itself. Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? after crash,sometimes it entirely falls back to software rendering.gpu log attached.

sumon.ahmed511@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.13.3 on the reported version 69.0.3497.100 and the latest Canary 71.0.3573.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome and played videos on Youtube.com in few windows. 2. Couldn't observe any crashes on Chrome and videos are playing normally. Request you to provide Crash ID from chrome://crashes, which will help in further triaging of the issue. Thanks..
